2) jako léčba následné linie po selhání či intoleranci léčby imatinibem nebo dasatinibem při CML:
a) v chronické fázi,
b) v akcelerované fázi.
V obou uvedených indikacích je léčba hrazena do progrese onemocnění nebo selhání léčby.
