Paklitaxel je hrazen u pacientů:
1) a) v primární kombinované chemoterapii časných stadií karcinomu ovaria zvýšeného rizika (I.a,b, G3, Ic, G2-3) nebo pokročilých stadií karcinomu ovaria,
b) po selhání primární léčby karcinomů ovaria senzitivních k cisplatině (při recidivě v odstupu delším než 6 měsíců),
2) v léčbě metastatického/ pokročilého inoperabilního karcinomu prsu (u HER2 pozitivních pacientek v kombinaci s trastuzumabem) a u vysoce rizikových pacientek v adjuvantní nebo (alternativně) neoadjuvantní léčbě karcinomu prsu,
3) a) v (neo)adjuvantní léčbě nemalobuněčného karcinomu plic v kombinaci s karboplatinou,
b) v první linii terapie lokálně pokročilého nebo metastazujícího nemalobuněčného karcinomu plic v kombinaci s cisplatinou.
