1) léčeni maximální tolerovanou dávkou inhibitoru angiotenzin-konvertujícího enzymu (ACEI) nebo blokátoru receptoru typu 1 pro angiotenzin II (ARB) a u kterých není možná nebo vhodná léčba gliflozinem.
2) léčeni maximální tolerovanou dávkou inhibitoru angiotenzin-konvertujícího enzymu (ACEI) nebo blokátoru receptoru typu 1 pro angiotenzin II (ARB) a gliflozinem.
