Po 3 měsících terapie bude hodnocen stav pacienta na základě anamnestických údajů před zahájením terapie anticholinergiky. Terapie je nadále hrazena, pouze pokud dojde k poklesu počtu mikcí/24 h nejméně o 20 %, nebo poklesu urgentních epizod nejméně o 50 %, nebo k poklesu inkontinentních epizod nejméně o 50 %. Z prostředků veřejného zdravotního pojištění je hrazena pouze 1 tbl. denně nebo 2 patchi/týden.
