1) v první linii léčby pokročilého světlebuněčného karcinomu ledviny se střední/špatnou prognózou (s prognostickým skóre dle IMDC o hodnotě 1-6) u dospělých pacientů ve stavu výkonnosti 0-1 dle ECOG.
2) ve druhé linii terapie pokročilého světlebuněčného karcinomu ledvin (RCC) u dospělých pacientů ve stavu výkonnosti 0 – 1 dle ECOG, kteří už absolvovali terapii tyrozinkinázovým inhibitorem a kteří nevykazují přítomnost symptomatických mozkových metastáz anebo jsou jejich mozkové metastázy adekvátně léčené (stabilní a asymptomatické).
Léčba je v obou indikacích hrazena do progrese onemocnění podle platných doporučení RECIST.
