d) po 5 letech podávání tamoxifenu (prodloužená adjuvance)
2) v paliativní léčbě metastatického onemocnění je lékem první volby tamoxifen. Inhibitory aromatáz jsou hrazeny v případě kontraindikace tamoxifenu nebo při relapsu do jednoho roku po ukončení léčby tamoxifenem
3) exemestan je hrazen v kombinaci s everolimem v léčbě postmenopauzálních žen s hormonálně pozitivním HER2 negativním pokročilým karcinomem prsu bez symptomatického viscerálního postižení s recidivou nebo progresí onemocnění po předchozí léčbě nesteroidním inhibitorem aromatáz.
