Elranatamab v monoterapii je hrazen u dospělých pacientů s relabujícím či refrakterním mnohočetným myelomem (RRMM), kteří podstoupili alespoň tři předchozí terapie (včetně imunomodulační léčby, proteazomového inhibitoru a anti-CD38 protilátky) a progredovali na poslední podané léčbě. Pacienti musí být ve výkonnostním stavu ECOG 0-1 (horší stav výkonnosti je přípustný, pouze pokud je prokazatelně způsoben pouze relapsem mnohočetného myelomu, např. v případech náhle vzniklé kompresivní zlomeniny obratle). U pacientů léčených nejméně po dobu 24 týdnů, kteří na léčbě elranatamabem dosáhli odpovědi, je elranatamab dále hrazen v dávkování ve 2týdenních intervalech (76 mg subkutánně každé dva týdny). Léčba je hrazena do progrese onemocnění dle platných kritérií IMWG (Mezinárodní pracovní skupiny pro myelom) nebo do projevů nepřijatelné toxicity.
