Ukončení léčby deukravacitinibem nebo převedení na další terapii je indikováno v případě:
– nedosažení hodnoty PASI 75 po 16 týdnech léčby deukravacitinibem,
– poklesu účinnosti léčby deukravacitinibem pod PASI 50 nebo v intervalu PASI 50-75, ale se současnou hodnotou DLQI větší nebo rovno 5.
