Teklistamab v monoterapii je hrazen u dospělých pacientů s relabujícím či refrakterním mnohočetným myelomem (RRMM), kteří byli již léčeni nejméně 3 liniemi léčby (včetně imunomodulační léčby, proteazomového inhibitoru a anti-CD38 protilátky) a progredovali na poslední podané léčbě. Pacienti musí být ve výkonnostním stavu ECOG 0-1 (horší stav výkonnosti je přípustný, pouze pokud je prokazatelně způsoben pouze relapsem mnohočetného myelomu, např. v případech náhle vzniklé kompresivní zlomeniny obratle). U pacientů, kteří na léčbě teklistamabem dosáhli nejméně kompletní remise onemocnění (úplné odpovědi) trvající alespoň 6 měsíců, je teklistamab dále hrazen v dávkování 1,5 mg/kg subkutánně každé dva týdny.
Léčba je hrazena do progrese onemocnění dle platných kritérií IMWG (Mezinárodní pracovní skupiny pro myelom) nebo do projevů nepřijatelné toxicity.
