Relugolix je hrazen u pacientů s karcinomem prostaty, a to:
1) v neoadjuvanci před radioterapií či konkomitantně s ní u primárně lokálně pokročilého karcinomu prostaty;
2) při biochemickém relapsu po radikální prostatektomii nebo radioterapii po dobu maximálně 6 měsíců;
3) jako součást androgenní deprivace u lokálně pokročilého karcinomu prostaty u nemocných s vysokou hodnotou PSA, u kterých není vhodné lokální řešení s kurativním záměrem (chirurgický zákrok nebo radioterapie), kontinuální monoterapie nesmí přesáhnout 3 roky;
4) jako součást androgenní deprivace u metastatického karcinomu prostaty TxNxM1, kontinuální monoterapie nesmí přesáhnout 3 roky.
Z prostředků veřejného zdravotního pojištění není přípravek hrazen u symptomatických pacientů s mnohočetnou generalizací a v neoadjuvantní léčbě před radikální prostatektomií (RAPE).
