Abrocitinib je hrazen dospělým pacientům s těžkou formou atopické dermatitidy po selhání (nedostatečné účinnosti) alespoň jednoho ze způsobů konvenční systémové imunosupresivní terapie (s výjimkou kortikosteroidů) nebo u pacientů, kteří systémovou terapií nemohou být léčeni z důvodu intolerance nebo kontraindikace.
Úspěšnost terapie se vyhodnotí po 16 a po 24 týdnech od zahájení léčby a dále nejméně každých 24 týdnů, a bude ukončena v těchto případech:
– nedosažení nejméně EASI-50 v týdnu 16,
– nedosažení nejméně EASI-75 v týdnu 24,
– v případě výskytu nezvládnutelných nežádoucích účinků,
– při nedostatečné adherenci na terapii,
– při poklesu účinnosti pod EASI-50 při dvou po sobě následujících kontrolách. Z prostředků veřejného zdravotního pojištění je hrazena jedna tableta o síle 200 mg, nebo 100 mg, nebo 50 mg denně.
