Bendamustin je hrazen: 1) v první linii léčby chronické lymfocytární leukémie (stádia B nebo C dle Bineta) u pacientů, kteří mají ve zdravotnické dokumentaci uvedenou nevhodnost nebo kontraindikaci režimů chemoterapie obsahujících fludarabin (vyšší věk, významné komorbidity nebo špatný celkový stav). Léčba by měla být ukončena v případě progrese CLL nebo absence klinického efektu (nedosažení léčebné odpovědi) nebo nepřijatelné toxicity. Léčebná odpověď se vyhodnocuje po třech a po šesti cyklech léčby. Toxicita léčby je hodnocena průběžně, 2) v první linii léčby indolentního non-Hodgkinského folikulárního lymfomu III. a IV. klinického stadia v kombinaci s rituximabem u dospělých pacientů se stavem výkonnosti dle ECOG 0-2, hrazeno je maximálně 6 cyklů terapie.
