– jako primární monoterapie kontinuální nebo intermitentní,
– ve druhé linii jako součást maximální androgenní blokády při selhávání primární monoterapie,
– při biochemickém relapsu po radikální chirurgické nebo radiační léčbě na dobu maximálně 6 měsíců
2. v konkomitantním režimu (radiační léčba s hormonální supresí) u pacientů se středně a vysoce rizikovým lokálně pokročilým karcinomem prostaty,
3. v neoadjuvantním podání u lokalizovaného a lokálně pokročilého karcinomu prostaty léčeného radioterapií. Z prostředků veřejného zdravotního pojištění se nehradí neoadjuvantní léčba před radikální prostatektomií.
