Enkorafenib je hrazen v kombinaci s binimetinibem v léčbě dospělých pacientů s neresekovatelným nebo metastatickým melanomem s mutací V600 genu BRAF (potvrzenou validním testem), kteří nebyli v minulosti léčeni systémovou terapií pro inoperabilní pokročilé či metastatické onemocnění (předchozí adjuvantní terapie je povolená). Terapie je hrazena pouze za předpokladu kumulativního splnění následujících podmínek:
a) pacient má před zahájením léčby potvrzenou mutaci V600 genu BRAF pomocí validovaného testu;
b) pacient má výkonnostní stav 0 – 1 dle ECOG;
c) pacient nevykazuje přítomnost symptomatických mozkových metastáz a primárního okulárního melanomu;
d) pacientova předpokládaná doba života je delší než 4 měsíce;
e) pacient má laboratorní hodnoty krevního obrazu a biochemické hodnoty funkce jater a ledvin umožňující léčbu.
Terapie je hrazena do progrese onemocnění.
