a) pro krátkodobou léčbu u vaginalch mykóz nereagujících na lokálně aplikovaná antimykotika a při recidivě vaginalch mykóz a u vybraných cutaneousch a slizničních mykóz;
b) pro vícedenní léčbu u systémových mykóz u imunokompromitovaných pacientů, těžkých forem slizničních, cutaneousch a nehtových mykóz, vyvolaných kandidami nebo dermatofyty;
2) profylakticky u imunokompromitovaných pacientů nebo u pacientů před provedením transplantace.
