1) v léčbě pacientů s nově diagnostikovanou bcr-abl pozitivní (Ph+) chronickou myeloidní leukémií (CML), u nichž na základě anamnézy, cíle léčby a aktuálního zdravotního stavu popsaných v klinické dokumentaci není ošetřujícím lékařem indikováno použití imatinibu.
2) jako léčba 2. linie po selhání či intoleranci léčby imatinibem nebo nilotinibem při CML:
a) v chronické fázi,
b) v akcelerované fázi,
c) v myeloblastickém nebo lymfoblastickém zvratu.
V obou uvedených indikacích je léčba hrazena do progrese onemocnění nebo selhání léčby.
