Ibrutinib je hrazen u dospělých pacientů s lymfomem z plášťových buněk
1) ve stavu výkonnosti dle ECOG 0-1 a ve věku do 65 let bez významných komorbidit, kteří dosud nebyli léčeni a byli by vhodní pro autologní transplantaci kmenových buněk, v indukční léčbě společně s režimem R-CHOP, střídaným s režimem R-DHAP (nebo R-DHAOx) a následně po ukončení uvedené indukční léčby v udržovací léčbě monoterapií ibrutinibem (nejvýše po dobu 2 let) souběžně s monoterapií rituximabem (nejvýše po dobu 3 let). Terapie ibrutinibem je hrazena do progrese onemocnění, do projevů nepřijatelné toxicity či do vyčerpání 2letého období udržovací léčby dle toho, co nastane dříve;
2) ve stavu výkonnosti dle ECOG 0-1, kteří již absolvovali alespoň jednu linii terapie zahrnující rituximab (s refrakteritou/relapsem do 24 měsíců po ukončení poslední podané terapie) a kteří již absolvovali alogenní transplantaci nebo jsou pro ni nevhodní. Léčba je hrazena do progrese onemocnění či nepřijatelné toxicity.
