Ribociklib v kombinaci s inhibitorem aromatázy je hrazen u dospělých pacientů ve výkonnostním stavu dle ECOG 0-1 v indikaci adjuvantní léčby časného stádia karcinomu prsu pozitivního na hormonální receptory (HR+) a negativního na receptor HER2 (HER2-):
a) v anatomickém stádiu III nebo IIB, nebo
b) v anatomickém stádiu IIA a splnění alespoň jednoho z následujících kritérií:
1) postižení alespoň jedné uzliny,
2) bez postižení uzlin s tumorem grade 2 a současně KI-67 index minimálně 20 % a/nebo pacienti s vysokým genomickým rizikem dle multigenového vyšetření,
3) bez postižení uzlin s tumorem grade 3.
Terapie ribociklibem je v rámci adjuvantní léčby hrazena v maximální délce 36 months.
U mužů a pre- nebo perimenopauzálních žen je třeba endokrinní léčbu kombinovat s LHRH agonistou.
