Osimertinib je hrazen v monoterapii u dospělých pacientů 1) s lokálně pokročilým (stadium IIIB) nebo metastazujícím (stadium IV) nemalobuněčným karcinomem plic (NSCLC), u kterých byla validovaným laboratorním testem v referenční laboratoři prokázaná přítomnost: i) mutace receptoru epidermálního růstového faktoru (EGFR) T790M, u pacientů po předchozí léčbě inhibitory tyrozinkináz EGFR; ii) aktivační mutace EGFR, v první linii u pacientů dosud neléčených pro pokročilé onemocnění; 2) v adjuvantní léčbě NSCLC ve stadiu IB-IIIA po úplné resekci nádoru a adjuvantní chemoterapii, je-li indikována, u kterých byla validovaným laboratorním testem v referenční laboratoři prokázaná delece exonu 19 EGFR a/nebo substituční mutace exonu 21 (L858R). Pro úhradu ve všech indikacích musí být kumulativně splněny následující podmínky (pokud není dále uvedeno jinak): a) Léčba je hrazena pro pacienty se stavem výkonnosti (PS) 0-1 dle ECOG; b) Léčba je hrazena do progrese onemocnění; c) Pacienti s lokálně pokročilým nebo metastazujícím NSCLC nemají symptomatické CNS metastázy; d) V adjuvantní léčbě NSCLC po úplné resekci nádoru může být léčba zahájena do 10 týdnů po chirurgické resekci, pokud nebyla podána adjuvantní chemoterapie; nebo do 26 týdnů, pokud byla podána adjuvantní chemoterapie. Adjuvantní léčba NSCLC je hrazena maximálně po dobu 3 let.
