V těchto indikacích bude podávána pouze 1 tableta denně v síle 10 mg nebo 15 mg nebo 30 mg. Nebo k terapii dospělých pacientů trpících bipolární afektivní poruchou (akutní léčba středně těžkých až těžkých manických epizod a profylaxe pouze při prokázané účinnosti akutní léčby).
