1) Afatinib je hrazen v první linii léčby pacientů s lokálně pokročilým nebo metastazujícím nemalobuněčným karcinomem plic (stádium IIIB nebo stádium IV), starších 18ti let, u kterých byly relevantní molekulárně biologickou metodou prokázány aktivační mutace EGFR. Pacienti nemají symptomatické CNS metastázy. Terapie je hrazena do progrese onemocnění. Přípravek je hrazen pro pacienty v celkovém stavu (PS) 0-2 dle ECOG.
2) Afatinib je hrazen u pacientů s lokálně pokročilým nebo metastazujícím skvamózním nemalobuněčným karcinomem plic, v případě selhání předchozí chemoterapeutické léčby, a to pouze v případech, kdy nelze použít jinou než podpůrnou péči, za kumulativního splnění následujících podmínek:
a) nelze podat další linii chemoterapie
b) nelze podat imunoterapii.
Zhodnocení dosavadního průběhu léčby a klinického stavu pacienta a důvody nepodání další linie chemoterapie nebo imunoterapie musí být zaznamenané do zdravotní dokumentace pacienta, kdy důvodem nemůže být pouhý nesouhlas pacienta, ale např. kontraindikace, nesplnění indikačních kritérií, celkový zdravotní stav pacienta.
Terapie je hrazena do progrese onemocnění. Přípravek je hrazen pro pacienty v celkovém stavu (PS) 0-2 dle ECOG.
