Brentuximab vedotin je hrazen:
1) v 1. linii léčby dospělých pacientů s CD30-pozitivním periferním T lymfomem v kombinaci s cyklofosfamidem, doxorubicinem a prednisonem. Jedná se o pacienty o stavu výkonnosti 0-1 dle ECOG. Brentuximab je hrazen do progrese onemocnění, projevů nepřijatelné toxicity nebo do vyčerpání maximálního počtu 8 cyklů kombinační chemoterapie dle toho, co nastane dříve;
2) v léčbě dospělých pacientů ve stavu výkonnosti 0-1 dle ECOG s CD30+ Hodgkinovým lymfomem (HL) relabujícím nebo refrakterním po autologní transplantaci kmenových buněk (ASCT). Jedná se se výhradně o pacienty s relabujícím/refrakterním onemocněním po podání nivolumabu nebo o pacienty, kterým z důvodu profilu toxicity nebo kontraindikace nivolumab nelze podat. Pacienti nesmějí být předléčeni brentuximab vedotinem. Léčba je hrazena nejdéle do progrese onemocnění, nepřijatelné toxicity nebo do vyčerpání maximálního počtu 16 infuzí (cyklů), co nastane dříve.
