1) v léčbě metastatického / pokročilého inoperabilního karcinomu prsu (u HER2 pozitivních pacientek v kombinaci s trastuzumabem nebo s trastuzumabem a pertuzumabem) a u vysoce rizikových pacientek v adjuvantní nebo (alternativně) neoadjuvantní léčbě karcinomu prsu,
2) v první linii (v kombinaci s cisplatinou) a ve druhé linii terapie lokálně pokročilého nebo metastazujícího nemalobuněčného karcinomu plic,
3) v terapii metastatického kastračně-rezistentního karcinomu prostaty v kombinaci s prednisonem nebo prednisolonem,
4) u pacientů s lokálně pokročilým karcinomem laryngu a/nebo hypofaryngu v indukční léčbě v kombinaci s cisplatinou a fluorouracilem.
