a) u přípravných režimů pro sběr kmenových buněk z periferní krve před plánovanou transplantací
b) v léčbě febrilní neutropenie či jiných závažných infekčních komplikací neutropenických pacientů
c) při eliminaci neutropenie během chemoterapie s cílem dodržení termínů a dávek chemoterapie pro nádory s vysokým rizikem
d) u cyklické neutropenie a těžké chronické neutropenie u dětí a dospělých, není-li možno postupovat jiným způsobem
e) u nezralých novorozenců s počtem granulocytů pod 0,5×10 na devátou/l nebo počet leukocytů pod 1×10 na devátou/l.
