Podávání plerixaforu se ukončí v den, kdy celkový počet leukaferézami dosud získaných CD34+ progenitorů krvetvorby dosáhne alespoň 2×106/kg hmotnosti pacienta pro každou plánovanou autologní transplantaci, nejvíce však po 3 dávkách přípravku ve 3 po sobě jdoucích dnech.
