Bikalutamid 150 mg je hrazen:
1) v časné adjuvantní léčbě po radikální prostatektomii (RRP) u klinicky lokalizovaného onemocnění s rizikovými faktory (Gleason skóre větší nebo rovno 7, perineurální šíření nádoru) – u nemocných s pozitivními okraji je vhodnější radioterapie,
2) v konkomitantním a adjuvantním režimu s radioterapií u lokalizovaného či lokálně pokročilého onemocnění,
3) v monoterapii u selektovaných pacientů s lokálně pokročilým karcinomem prostaty s vysokým rizikem progrese (Gleason skóre větší nebo rovno 7, perineurální šíření nádoru), pro které je kastrace nepřijatelná,
4) jako méně doporučovaná alternativa k přednostnímu podání LHRH analoga.
