3) léčbě odlučování transplantátu (ledviny, srdce, jater a plic) nereagujícího na léčbu jinými imunosupresivními léčivými přípravky u dospělých pacientů,
4) profylaxi reakce štěpu proti hostiteli (GvHD) po alogenních transplantacích krvetvorných buněk u nemocných, kde není dostačující užití cyklosporinu A,
5) léčbě GvHD po alogenních transplantacích krvetvorných buněk neodpovídající na jiná imunosupresiva.
