a u pacientů po transplantaci srdce jako profylaxe rejekce, pokud je z důvodu kalcineurinovými inhibitory vyvolané nefrotoxicity nutné snížení dávky kalcineurinových inhibitorů, u pacientů s refrakterní rejekcí štěpu a/nebo s vaskulopatií štěpu.
Everolimus je dále hrazen po transplantaci jater k profylaxi rejekce u pacientů, u kterých je z důvodu kalcineurinovými inhibitory vyvolané nefrotoxicity nutné snížení jejich dávky a kteří současně netolerují léčbu vysokými dávkami mykofenolátu (pro závažné projevy gastrointestinální nebo hematologické toxicity mykofenolátu), nebo u pacientů s refrakterní rejekcí štěpu. Při transplantaci jater je everolimus užíván v kombinaci s takrolimem a kortikosteroidy.
