2. u nich došlo k progresi onemocnění dle RECIST během 12 měsíců po (neo)adjuvantní terapii (zahrnující antracykliny a/nebo ifosfamid, nebo jejich kombinaci, a to v případě kdy došlo k vyčerpání možnosti této terapie).
Pacienti v obou bodech musí být ve výkonnostním stavu 0-1 dle ECOG, bez CNS metastáz. Léčba je hrazena do progrese onemocnění dle kritérií RECIST.
