Přípravek VOSEVI je hrazen k terapii dospělých pacientů s chronickou virovou hepatitidou C:
1) genotypu HCV1, HCV2 nebo HCV3 bez cirhózy nebo s kompenzovanou cirhózou, kteří byli neúspěšně léčeni režimem s daklatasvirem, ledipasvirem, ombitasvirem nebo sofosbuvirem (s výjimkou pacientů předléčených kombinací sofosbuviru a velpatasviru). Maximální délka léčby je 12 týdnů.
2) genotypu HCV3 bez cirhózy nebo s kompenzovanou cirhózou, kteří nebyli dříve léčeni nebo kteří byli neúspěšně léčeni kombinací pegylovaného interferonu alfa s ribavirinem. Maximální délka léčby je 8 týdnů.
