1) u pacientů s kolorectalm karcinomem
a) u metastazujícího a lokálně pokročilého (inoperabilního) onemocnění v monoterapii nebo v kombinaci s chemoterapií,
b) u kolorectalho karcinomu stadia III a stádia II s vysokým rizikem relapsu v adjuvantní léčbě v monoterapii a u stádia III též v kombinaci s oxaliplatinou,
c) u karcinomu rekta stádia II a III v neoadjuvantní terapii v kombinaci s radioterapií;
V indikacích karcinomu kolorekta není kapecitabin v monoterapii po selhání kombinovaných režimů s 5-FU účinný a neměl by být v těchto indikacích podáván.
2) u pacientů s pokročilým karcinomem žaludku v kombinaci s platinovým derivátem v první linii;
3) a u pacientů s lokálně pokročilým nebo metastazujícím karcinomem prsu
a) po selhání adjuvantní chemoterapie, v kombinaci (docetaxel, vinorelbin). Předchozí terapie by měla zahrnovat antracyklin;
b) po selhání chemoterapie pokročilého onemocnění zahrnující taxany a antracykliny nebo u pacientů, u kterých není další léčba antracykliny indikovaná, a to v monoterapii nebo (u HER2-pozitivního onemocnění) v kombinaci s lapatinibem.
