b) vysoké riziko nežádoucích účinků nebo kontraindikace použití antiepileptik první volby.
2) Pregabalin je hrazen v indikaci léčby neuropatické bolesti (centrální i periferní).
3) Pregabalin je hrazen na základě preskripce psychiatra pro léčbu generalizované úzkostné poruchy u pacientů, u kterých nebylo dosaženo dostatečné terapeutické odpovědi (tj. nedošlo k redukci úzkosti hodnocené HAM-A po 9-12 týdnech) nebo léčba benzodiazepiny (alprazolam, diazepam), SSRI (paroxetin, sertralin, escitalopram) nebo SNRI (venlafaxin) není tolerována. Kontrola účinnosti léčby pregabalinem je provedena po 10 týdnech, pokud nedošlo k dostatečné terapeutické odpovědi, není léčba dále hrazena.
